So today is the day that I decided to wean Hayden from the binky. Any prayers and positive vibes you want to send this way would be appreciated! He has yet to fall asleep today (or this evening) without one!
Best Wishes to you! It is hard to stick to your guns and not give in, but he'll learn quick. We got rid of Tate's about 5 months ago and it wasn't fun, but it only took a day and he was fine!
Cut it off or have the "binky fairy or friend" take it away and leave him a special treat....at least he's not 3 and you are taking it away from him. Good luck..good vibes. Talk to you soon! Sara
We are doing the same. Up until now, she was allowed a bedtime passi...but we cut the tip off on Sunday night, and its hard for her to keep in her mouth now. So as of last night, she's not sucking on it, but still wants to HOLD it in her little bitty hand! And she does...all night long! Good luck...my prayers are on their way!
